We’re gearing up for the IFYR and this year is sure to be the biggest and best rodeo yet! The IFYR attracts thousands of visitors to the Expo Center each year. From contestants and their families to volunteers, staff and rodeo fans, there’s no shortage of hungry visitors roaming around the grounds during rodeo week.

Become a part of the IFYR excitement! The Tin Star Market at the IFYR is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your western wear, jewelry, boots, hats, clothing, gift items, tack, artwork, home decor and more.
*ELECTRIC IS AVAILABLE IN ALL BOOTHS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
*BOOTHS WILL COME WITH ONE TABLE AND 2 CHAIRS, MORE ARE AVAILABLE
AT A SLIGHT CHARGE
*BOOTHS WILL BE PIPE AND DRAPED ON THE BACK AND SIDES
*PLEASE NO DOGS IN THE TRADE SHOW AREA
*SECURITY IS PROVIDED IN THE BUILDING AND ON THE GROUNDS DURING THE IFYR, BUT THE IFYR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR.

*CINCH SPONSORSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY VENDORS SELLING LIKE ITEMS:
“Competitive jeans, shirts and apparel brands may not offer special promotional deals, either directly or in conjunction with a tradeshow retailer on their brands at sponsored IFYR events. Special promotional deals would include but not be limited to any percent or fixed amount discount from the normal retail price, a “buy two get one free” arrangement or a gift with purchase. The IFYR will use its best commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that competitive brands in the jeans, shirts and apparel category be sold at the IFYR tradeshow shall be sold at a customary full retail price.”
*VENDOR ID/PARKING PERMITS
Vendors will get ID badges and parking permits for themselves and their employees. The vendor badges do not get you entry to the rodeo performances or the rodeo dances. Vendor parking will be on the west side of the Expo Conference Center.
